Production lead-gen pipeline running in revenue — TPS/DNC audit, deep-scrape, AI assessment, batch workflow. Built on top of an evaluation practice for UK therapy-practice websites: visual hierarchy, copy clarity, trust signals, conversion friction. The first project that paid back what it asked of me.
Scope dies the moment you ship; build the seams, not the suite.
In brief
Aentic Hermes is a UK B2B CRM for solo operators. It discovers leads through Google Places, analyses their websites, and handles two-way email through a Proton inbox. It also provides a Kronos calendar, click-to-call and a live-call workspace with transcripts and objection battlecards, plus an AI agent with confirmation-gated tools. Compliance checks against TPS, DNC and PECR are built into calling and sending. It is built with a Flask API and a React/TypeScript (Vite) frontend.
